Optimal Protection
The Outer case of all our Watches guarantee Waterproof protection ranging from a minimum of 5ATM all the way up to 10ATM. Their middle cases are crafted exclusively from a solid block of 316L Stainless Steel, a particularly corrosion-resistant alloy. The case back, edged with fine fluting, is hermetically screwed down with a special tool exclusive to our watchmakers. Another core component in the watertight structure is the Twinlock winding crown, fitted with a double waterproofness system, which screws down securely against the case providing optimal protection from water and dust.
Exclusive Automatic Watch Models
Automatic watches work using a mechanism called a rotor, which is a semi-circular piece that moves with the motion of your wrist. As you wear the watch and move your arm, the rotor spins, winding the mainspring—a coiled-up energy source inside the watch. This stored energy then powers the watch's movement and keeps it ticking accurately. Because of this, automatic watches don't need manual winding or batteries to keep running, as long as they're worn regularly.
316L Stainless Steel
Specially developed for the brand, all Watches at Royal Chronos are crafted with 316L stainless steel, an alloy commonly used in advanced-technology fields such as aerospace and chemical industries. This steel is particularly corrosion-resistant, offers an exceptional sheen, and guarantees to maintain its luster even in the harshest environments. Comparable to precious metals in anti-corrosion properties, 316L stainless steel ensures our watches retain their beauty even under extreme conditions.
